02Product development & samplingProtos, fit and size-set samples developed with the factory and approved with the buyer.
03Costing & negotiationOpen costings on yarn, fabric, trims and making, negotiated on the buyer's behalf.
04Merchandising & follow-upMaterials, production and the time and action calendar tracked and reported until the ship date.
05Quality assuranceIn-line and final inspections against the approved sample and the buyer's AQL.
06ComplianceSocial and technical audit status checked before placement and kept current through the order.
07Logistics & documentationBookings, export documents and shipment to Dubai, Naples or New York, by sea or by air.

Quality & Compliance

Every order is inspected in line and at final against the approved sample, and no carton leaves without a passed report. Factories are placed only when their social and technical audits are current.
